PURPOSE: A pervaporation apparatus for concentrating hydrofluoric acid waste solution and a method thereof are provided to highly concentrate hydrofluoric acid waste solution and to reuse the concentrated hydrofluoric acid waste solution in acid pickling of steel, thereby decreasing environmental load of IT industry and creating added value. CONSTITUTION: A pervaporation apparatus for concentrating hydrofluoric acid waste solution comprises a tank(10), a supply line(40), a pervaporation membrane module(20), a warm air supply part(30), a recollection part(60), and an emission part(50). The tank stores the hydrofluoric acid waste solution. The supply line supplies the stored waste solution to the pervaporation membrane module. The pervaporation membrane module separates moisture from the supplied solution by filtering. The warm air supply part supplies warm air to the said pervaporation membrane module. The recollection part recollects the concentrated solution not having passed through the pervaporation membrane module to the tank. The emission part emits the air supplied to the said pervaporation module to the outside. |
