The present invention relates to a non-contact type tonometer comprising an intraocular pressure measuring means having a first detector for detecting a reflection signal from the surface of a cornea of an eyeball, and measuring the intraocular pressure of the eyeball in a non-contact way; a measuring part having a second detector for detecting the reflection signal from the rear surface of the cornea and the surface of the cornea and a cornea and a thickness measuring means for measuring the thickness of the cornea of the eyeball in the non-contact way; a moving means having a motor and relatively moving the measuring part to the eyeball; and an alignment detecting means formed at the measuring part, having a third detector for detecting the reflection signal from the cornea, and detecting the alignment status in forward and backward directions of the measuring part for the cornea of the eyeball, wherein the alignment detection means converts an alignment standard position on the cornea configured for detecting the alignment status at intraocular pressure measuring and cornea thickness measuring, and detects the alignment status for the converted alignment standard position.
