A gas analyzer according to the present invention comprises: a fireproof tube of which the moving path formed therein has an entrance into which a melting furnace containing a specimen and a comburent is inserted; a resistance heating unit installed at the entrance of the fireproof tube, and heating and melting a nonconductive specimen by being operated when the nonconductive specimen is contained in the melting furnace positioned to be inserted into the entrance of the fireproof tube; an induction heating unit installed at the exit of the fireproof tube, and heating and melting a conductive specimen by being operated when the conductive specimen is contained in the melting furnace positioned to pass through the resistance heating unit; and a gas analyzing unit connected to the exit of the fireproof tube, and used to convert the results from the analysis of the substances into data, wherein the substances exist in a gas generated from the melted conductive specimen or the melted nonconductive specimen.
