PURPOSE: A solar energy generating system is provided to rotate or stand a frame by a rotation unit or a standing unit, thereby always facing a reflector to the position of sun as needed. CONSTITUTION: A solar energy generating system includes a reflector, a solar concentrator, a solar cell module, a frame, a rotation unit, a stand unit, and a cradle. The solar concentrator concentrates the solar energy reflected from the reflector, and then focuses in a dot shape. The solar cell module receives the solar energy concentrated in a dot shape, and converts into an electric energy. The solar cell module, the solar concentrator, and the reflector are fixed to the frame. The rotation unit horizontally rotates the frame. The stand unit rotates together with the frame by the rotation unit, and forms inclination or verticality while vertically standing. The cradle is stood by the stand unit or rotates by the rotation unit by coupling to the stand unit, and to which the frame is mounted.
