An on-line lawsuit support server includes a database and a control part. The database includes: a product database for storing a number of lawsuit support services for children, women, or soldiers; a member database for storing ID, password, and personal information of members; and a payment database for storing payment information. The control part transmits the multiple lawsuit support services to a member terminal and receives a lawsuit service selection signal from the member terminal. The control part transmits a membership fee payment request to the member terminal and receives membership fee payment approval from the member terminal. When the control part receives a lawsuit support request from the member terminal, the control part judges whether a contract period has passed and transmits processing result of the lawsuit support request if the contract period has passed. If the contract period has not passed, the control part transmits a lump sum payment request corresponding to the membership fee of the remaining time of the contract period to the member terminal, and transmits processing information of the lawsuit support request to the member terminal after receiving the lump sum payment approval from the member terminal.
