Disclosed are a hollow rotational shaft and a wind power generator using the same. The hollow rotational shaft includes: a first shaft which is hollow and delivers rotary force; a second shaft which is inserted to the first shaft and mutually rotates with the first shaft; and a joint member which fixes the first shaft and the second shaft at the same time, by fixing one end to the first shaft and the other end to the second shaft, while having the first shaft inserted to the second shaft.
