PURPOSE: A light emitting device driving circuit without the flicker easily controls the intensity of illumination by removing some of alternating current using a dimmer. CONSTITUTION: A dimmer (420) removes some of alternating current and outputs it. The alternating current is supplied from an alternating current power source. A conduction angle detection part (460) outputs a control signal. The control signal selectively connects or disconnects a current transmitted to a light emitting device.
