The present invention relates to a functional pipe having a detection sensor for detecting damage to a filter membrane in a water purification plant wherein the detection sensor is installed outside a pipe in a water purification plant above the filter membrane of a filter membrane module installed in the pipe in the water purification plant to be able to detect bubbles in liquid inside the pipe in the water purification plant; and damage to the filter membrane module installed in the pipe in the water purification plant can be confirmed by confirming the formation of bubbles without recognizing the formation of bubbles with the naked eyes of an operator from outside the pipe. |
