The present invention provides a manufacturing method for a multi-functional complex structure foam tape comprising: a first stage to supply a release film coated with an adhesive layer from a first supply unit of the release film coated with adhesive layer; a second stage to supply a first foam adhesive composition from a first supply unit of adhesive composition to the upper part of the release film coated with an adhesive layer; a third stage to supply a base material from a base material supply unit to the upper part of the foam adhesive composition; a fourth stage to supply a second adhesive composition from a second supply unit of the foam adhesive composition to the upper part of the base material; a fifth stage to supply a second release film coated with an adhesive layer from the second supply unit of the release film coated with an adhesive layer to the upper part of the second foam adhesive composition; and a sixth stage to process by curing a tape formed by a sequential lamination of the release film coated with the adhesive layer, the foam adhesive composition and the base material.
