The present invention relates to a flange coupling structure for a water and sewage pipe, which is to couple a flange to the end of a water and sewage pipe. The flange coupling structure for a water and sewage pipe has a groove (131) along the circumferential surface of the end of a water and sewage pipe (130). An upper locking hole (134) and a lower locking hole (132) are naturally formed by the groove (131). Cutting units (136) are formed on the upper locking hole (134) at intervals in order to divide the upper locking hole (134) into multiple parts. Multiple coupling protrusions (113) are formed on the inner circumferential surface of a cylindrical socket unit (111) of a flange (110). The coupling protrusions (113) pass the cutting units (136) of the water and sewage pipe (130) and perform angular rotation in order to be placed in between the lower locking hole (132) and the divided upper locking hole (134).
