Gene signatures associated with the in vitro resistance to two tyrosine kinase inhibitors, nilotinib and imatinib

PURPOSE: A gene having resistance against nilotinib and imatinib which are inhibitors of tyrosine kinase and a composition for diagnosing resistance against nilotibin are provided to be used for analyzing molecular status or screeing markers suitable for treating refractrory diseases towards TKI. CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosing resistance against nilotibin includes a gene having resistivity for imatinib and nilotibin as an active ingredient. The tyrosine kinase inhibitor is imatinib or nilotinib compound. The diagnosing method of resistance against nilotibin includes a step of confirming up-regulation of the gene. The diagnosing method against the tyrosine kinase inhibitor comprises a step of confirming up-regulation of the genes.
