PURPOSE: A multifunctional smokeless roaster is provided to use gas together with charcoal fire to facilitate the cooking of roast food indoors or outdoors, and to cook the meat with indirect heat, thereby serving the soft and delicious meat. CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional smokeless roaster comprises an oven body, an outer plate(300), an inner plate(310), a roasting plate(600), a center plate(700), a heating source and a lid. The oven body has a hole having a circular bent flange formed on the center, and a drain-pan provided on the outskirts of the hole The outer side panel has a fixed height to be connected to the upper part of the oven body. The inner side plate is installed in the inside of the outer side panel with a fixed space from the outer panel. The roasting plate is composed of a steel wire net and arranged on the upper part of the outer side panel. The center plate is positioned of the center of the roasting plate to correspond to the hole, and blocks the generation of smoke by making the fat oil or water of food to fall off to the drain pan. The heating source is installed at the hole. The lid is placed on the upper side of the roasting plate. |
