A mobile communications terminal, a mobile advertisement system and a method using the same for providing advertisement exposure information are provided to obtain the exact advertisement exposure information about the mobile advertisement provides the advertisement exposure information. An advertisement contents controller(160) controls whether to download and display the advertisement contents. A display unit(130) displays the advertisement contents. A photographing unit(170) controls the activation time and deactivate time by the controller. An eye area information extractor(180) extracts the eye region information from the face image. A monitoring unit(140) determines the advertisement observe while monitoring the eye region information. The advertisement exposure information is obtained according to the discriminated result. |
