摘要 According to the present invention, provided is an LED lighting apparatus which is installed on an object to be lighted to provide light and comprises: a back cover which is made of a metallic material and molded into a rectangular or squared hexahedron through die casting, and which has a groove-shaped receiving portion at one face and multiple coupling holes formed at predetermined intervals; an LED module which includes one or more printed circuit boards installed in the receiving portion of the back cover and is connected and is supplied with operating power from an SMPS, which is connected to the back cover, via a wire cable, when multiple LEDs are mounted on the printed circuit boards; and a cover case which consists of multiple connecting pieces interposed between one pair of flanges formed at upper side portions of multiple frames to connect them so that the frames can be assembled into a square frame shaped main body with an opening, a diffusion plate which is interposed between a support portion formed at lower side portions of the frames and mounting portions formed at a lower side portion of the support portion to cover the opening of the main body so that light from the LEDs can be diffused, and connecting pieces which are interposed between the one pair of flanges formed at the upper side portions of the main body and are elastically connected through connecting holes formed at the flanges of the back cover.
