Provided is a prepolymer sheet containing a support. The prepolymer sheet improves smear removal characteristics and coating strength even though a linear thermal expansion coefficient is low. The prepolymer sheet includes a first layer including an epoxy resin, a curing agent, and an inorganic filler and a second layer which is formed on the first layer and includes an epoxy resin, an active ester compound as a curing agent, an imidazole compound as a curing accelerator, and an inorganic filler. The ratio of the inorganic filler in the first layer against 100 wt% of nonvolatile components in the first layer is lower than the ratio of the inorganic filler in the second layer against 100 wt% of nonvolatile components in the second layer. |
