摘要 The present invention relates to a jig that can preset a punching position in the vertebrae and a position to be fixed with a screw. In a group diagnosis jig connected with a plurality of freely bendable joints, information about the transformation (torsion) of the spine that is obtained through x-ray photography performed on a patient is preset along with a state about the transformation of the vertebrae. A punching coordinate for the vertebrae is homogeneously set in the group diagnosis jig, and the group diagnosis jig is fixed to the zygapophyses of the patient in order to be capable of being attached and detached, so that based on the coordinate, the spine is punched using a puncher and a screw is fixed to the punched part. The jig comprises a frame (10) having a first horizontal part (3) and a second horizontal part (2) that are formed at both ends thereof, a coupling part (4) formed at the front end thereof in order to be coupled to a joint ball (21) of a rod (20) that can be freely bent in every direction, a connection part (5) formed at the rear thereof in order to be connected with the rod (20) coupled to the joint ball (21), and a support part (6) formed at the rear thereof in order to support the zygapophyses (100). Instructing members (12, 12′) that can set a punching position of the puncher (200) are mounted on moving members (11, 11′) that move in each widthwise direction of the first horizontal part (3) and the second horizontal part (2) of the frame (10). The joint ball (21) of the rod (20) is coupled to the coupling part (4) of the frame. The rear of the connection part (5) is connected with the rod (20) that is connected with the multiple frames (10).
