The present invention relates to a material cooling apparatus comprising: cooling water spray parts spraying cooling water to a material; spray adjusting parts having through-hole parts, and adjusting the opening or the closing of the spray ends depending on whether or not the through-hole parts are opened; and movement adjusting parts moving the spray adjusting parts to be close to or to be separated from the spray ends, wherein the through-hole parts are formed at positions corresponding to the spray ends of the cooling water spray parts. |
