The present invention relates to an ultraviolet ray-curable resin composition and an optical sheet including a resin curing layer produced by the composition, and specifically, to: an ultraviolet ray-curable resin composition which contains a fluorene based acrylate compound, is capable of controlling viscosity and a refractive index by the structure of the fluorene based acrylate compound, and is capable of forming a resin curing layer with excellent high refractive properties and yellowing stability; and an optical sheet including the resin curing layer produced by the composition.
