The present invention relates to a movable peening apparatus for improving the fatigue strength of an offshore structure. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a movable peening apparatus for improving the fatigue strength of an offshore structure, which can improve the surface hardening and the fatigue life of an offshore structure by being installed on the offshore structure and periodically applying tension-compression force. The movable peening apparatus for improving the fatigue strength of an offshore structure, capable of extending the fatigue life thereof by being installed in the offshore structure and peening a welding part or a surface, is installed on an offshore structure in a necklace type through the connection of multiple single peening modules. The single peening module comprises: a truck unit which includes moving wheels; multiple peening units which are installed inside the truck unit in order to peen the surface of an offshore structure; a control unit which is connected with the truck unit in order to control the movement of the truck unit and the peening of the peening units; and a connecting unit which is connected with both sides of the truck unit to protrude and is connected with another adjacent single peening module.
