The present invention relates to a device and a method for automatically notifying estimated arrival information. The device for automatically notifying estimated arrival information according to the present invention comprises a schedule managing unit for managing an appointment schedule including an appointment time, an appointment place and a person with whom the appointment has been made; a contact information managing unit for managing contact information of the person with whom the appointment has been made; a notification setting unit for setting notification conditions associated with the appointment schedule; a navigation unit for tracking the current location to calculate the estimated arrival time to the appointment place; and an automatic notifying unit for determining whether the notification conditions are met based on the estimated arrival time and the appointment time and transmitting the estimated arrival information to the contact point of the person with whom the appointment has been made if the notification conditions are met.
