The present invention relates to a porridge composition having excellent tastes with asparagus and nutrient-rich materials and stimulating palates with various colors and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, glutathione contained in asparagus is a kind of amino acid compounds and has an antioxidant activity thereby having an anticancer activity, and folic acid contained in the asparagus is an excellent anti-cancer substance. At the upper part of the asparagus, a saponin component is contained thereby inhibiting oxidization of fat and accordingly having an anti-cancer activity, a cardiotonic effect, or a tonic effect.
