PURPOSE: A binder capable of filing sheets forward and backward is provided to file sheets from behind sequentially with front pages facing a user, thereby enabling the user to read the sheets turning the sheets from front to back. CONSTITUTION: A binder capable of filing sheets forward and backward comprises a body (10) fixed to a cover; holders which support a side of sheets and are connected to hinge axes on both sides of the body to rotate and not to rotate inwardly when the binder is perpendicular to the body; elastic plates (30, 30') which are connected to the outside of the holder respectively to rotate around the hinge axes; a torsion spring which is installed on the hinge axes so that the elastic plates can exert torsion respectively on the holders (20, 20') from outside to inside; a pipe panel (50) which is inserted between either of the holders and the elastic plates and contains a pipe (51) to be inserted into the holes of the sheets; and a pin panel (60) which is inserted between the other holder and the elastic plates and contains a pin for being inserted into the pipe. |
