PURPOSE: A lightweight sandwich panel with an incombustible mortar layer is provided to improve fire resistance and thermal insulation by additionally forming a primer layer, an incombustible mortar layer, and a finish coating layer on the panel. CONSTITUTION: A lightweight sandwich panel(1) with an incombustible mortar layer comprises an insulation material(100), a metal plate(200), an oil paint layer(300), a primer layer(10), an incombustible mortar layer(20), and a finish coating layer(30). The metal plate is formed on the insulation material. The oil paint layer is formed on the metal plate. The primer layer is formed on the oil paint layer. The incombustible mortar layer is formed on the primer layer. The finish coating layer is formed on the incombustible mortar layer. |
