Disclosed is a gasifier including a complex synthetic gas cooler which reduces the manufacturing costs by combining a convection current cooler to a radiant cooler, and improves cooler efficiency. As an embodiment of the present invention, the gasifier is disclosed by comprising the following: the complex synthetic gas cooler which includes a synthetic gas generating unit generating synthetic gas through a gasification reaction, the radiant cooler firstly radiant cooling the synthetic gas moving toward a lower side by being installed on the lower side of the synthetic gas generating unit, and the convection current cooler secondly convection current cooling the synthetic gas moving toward an upper side by being attached to an outer wall of the radiant cooler; a cooling water inlet installed on one upper side of the complex synthetic gas cooler for supplying cooling water to the complex synthetic gas cooler; and a synthetic gas outlet installed on the other upper side of the complex synthetic gas cooler for discharging the synthetic gas.
