The apparatus (12) has a non-invasive acquisition module (26) acquiring a series of physical data e.g. age, relative to an individual (14). A processing module (28) processes the data so as to deliver a value of physiological parameter of the individual. A control module (24) authorizes either the supply of a preset number of values of the parameter or supply of values of the physiological parameter during a preset utilization period of the apparatus. The module prevents the supply of additional value of the parameter as soon as the preset number is reached or the period is expired. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for recharging and controlling a non-invasive medical apparatus to measure a physiological parameter of an individual (2) a method for recharging and controlling a non-invasive medical apparatus to measure a physiological parameter of an individual.
