The present invention relates to a strip transfer device. A surface damage prevention layer member, made of a fiber material, surrounds the outer circumference surfaces of a first bridle roll member and a second bridle roll member controlling the tension of a metal strip while the transferred metal strip is hung in an S shape. Therefore, the maintenance of the bridle roll is easy, and the time for maintenance is shortened by easily replacing the surface damage prevention layer member. |
