The membrane type flooring material in accordance with the present invention includes a resin binder primer layer in which an adhesive primer is coated on the upper surface of the construction target block; a resin binder and mortar mixed layer in which a composition of the resin binder and the motor primer is applied to the upper surface of the resin binder primer layer; and a coating layer coated on the upper surface of the resin binder and mortar mixing layer.
