Disclosed is a foldable banner posting apparatus for protecting a banner held on a posting apparatus from wind when wind is strong, for example, in the case of a hurricane. Accordingly, the present invention provides an automatically foldable banner posting apparatus which operates a banner folding unit if a speed of wind is a preset value or higher, the speed of wind being measured by a wind detection sensor for detecting the speed of wind through a temperature difference measured by a solar cell plate fixed to an upper plate disposed at an end of a piped column, and two temperature detection sensors disposed in a circular wind speed basket through which wind passes and installed in the wind speed basket, and prevent damage to the banner in spite of sudden strong wind by interposing a control box automatically folding a plurality of banners held between the piped columns to a lower side and a ring part having a recess between banner support connection parts and a bracket connection part of a fixed bar bracket. Accordingly, a plurality of banners can be automatically lowered in an urgent situation such as strong wind and a hurricane such that material damage can be reduced by protecting the plurality of banners from strong wind and the plurality of banners can be automatically elevated to be maintained in a normal weather. |
