The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for livestock manure, and waste water treatment. The objective of the present invention is to heat the manure for separating solid sludge and gas, remove particulate matters contained in the gas, condense (coolant) and liquefy (coolant and gas residence time) the gas to treat the gas to be effluent which can be discharged in nature. The apparatus for livestock manure, and waste water treatment comprises: a reactor (10) receiving and heating manure to transform water into gas in phase change, and separating solid sludge and gas; a cyclone (40) receiving the phase change has from the reactor and separating particulate matters contained in the gas; a condenser (50) condensing the particulate matter separated gas through the cyclone; a water collecting tank (60) storing the liquid condensed in the condenser; and a liquefying tank (80) liquefying gas not condensed in the condenser. The method for livestock manure, and waste water treatment includes: a first step of heating manure for evaporating water to gas to separate solid sludge and gas; a second step of separating particulate matters contained in the separate gas in phase change through the first step by centrifugal force; a third step of condensing the gas through exchanging heat between the gas passed through the second step and a cooling medium; and a fourth step of liquefying gas not condensed through the third step. |
