The present invention relates to a cantilever type extendable footway and bicycle road which extend a road by being continuously installed along the road at constant intervals and which are characterized by comprising: fixed piles (10) which are fitted into a slope unit along the lateral side of the road at constant intervals and fixed; a supporting block (20) which is formed on the upper side of the fixed pile (10) and which includes connection space (26); an extending frame (30) of which one side thereof is positioned on the upper side of the supporting block (20) and the other side is extended to the outer side; a fixing member unit (40) which is formed inside the connection space (26) and which fixates the extending frame (30) to the supporting block (20); and a cover unit (50) which is positioned on the upper side of the extending frame (30) and which forms a footway.
