The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of apple juice, apple puree and apple chips which browning is prevented and sugar content is increased. More specifically, by adding apple concentrate which sugar concentration is 50 Brix or more when manufacturing apple processed food, browning can be effectively prevented, sugar content is increased without using additives to prevent browning or increase sugar content at all, and high quality of 100% pure apple juice, apple puree, and apple chips can be provided. |
