<p>The present invention provides an apparatus for treating reduction slag generated in the secondary refining of a steelmaking process, in which materials such as air, gas, coolant or the like are sprayed at a high speed through a spraying device to the molten reduction slag generated in the secondary refining step of the steelmaking process, thereby easily producing reduction slag fibers and reduction slag balls. The apparatus comprises: a tundish for controlling the flow rate of the reduction slag when the molten reduction slag generated in the secondary refining step and discharged in a predetermined amount is poured into a slag port, transferred, and dropped; a spraying device for scattering the molten reduction slag dropped from the tundish so as to produce reduction slag fiber and balls; a waste-heat recovery device for recovering the high temperature heat generated by the molten reduction slag and reusing the heat; a drying device for drying the reduction slag balls and fibers using the waste heat recovered by the waste-heat recovery device; and a processing device for selecting and grinding the reduction slag fibers and balls produced by the spraying device.</p> |
