PURPOSE: A laser detector for measuring level and distance is provided to enhance productivity through measuring time reduction and efficiency increase by measuring the distance to the laser detector from a rotating laser level. CONSTITUTION: A laser detector(100) for measuring level and distance comprises a photo sensor and a vision sensor. The photo sensor receives laser light. The photo sensor is installed in two columns or three columns to be able to measure both level and distance. The laser detector calculates the distance to the laser detector from a rotating laser level using time gap at which photo sensor on each column receives laser light. The vision sensor receives the laser light. The vision sensor is installed in single column to be able to measure level and distance simultaneously. The vision sensor calculates the distance to the laser detector from the rotating laser level using time gap from initial point to final point when receiving the laser light. |
