摘要 The present invention relates to a side reinforced PSC girder and a manufacturing method thereof which can prevent destruction of concrete and enhance shear strengthening effect by connecting neighboring members using tendons and arranging the tendons in high density so as to enable continuation between neighboring PSC girders in long-span structures, such as bridges and large-scale buildings. The side reinforced PSC girder includes: a PSC girder body having an upper flange, a lower flange and a web; a main tendon mounted at end portions of both sides of the PSC girder body and arranged on a downward curve inside the PSC girder body; mounting block parts respectively formed on sides of the webs spaced apart at a predetermined distance from both end portions of the PSC girder body; a first sheath pipe mounted at an end portion of the outside of the mounting block part for insertion of an auxiliary tendon for maintenance and management and arranged on the downward curve inside the PSC girder body; and a second sheath pipe mounted at an end portion of the inside of the mounting block part for insertion of a connection tendon for connecting the neighboring PSC girders and arranged on an upward curve in the outward direction of the PSC girder inside the PSC girder body, wherein an upper rebar and a lower rebar are respectively arranged at the upper portion and the lower portion of the web of the PSC girder body in such a manner that the upper rebar and the lower rebar are spaced apart from each other, and a plate type side reinforced member is located between the upper rebar and the lower rebar and connected with the upper rebar and the lower rebar by a plurality of fixtures.
