Disclosed is a flexible flat cable with a waterproof structure. A first metal layer is combined on a first surface of a first flexible substrate, a covering area and at least one waterproof component embedding area are defined on the top of the first metal layer, and accordingly, the waterproof structure with strengthened adhesion force is formed on metal layer surfaces of the waterproof component embedding areas. A first insulation layer is formed in the covering area on the top of the first metal layer, and the waterproof component embedding areas of the first metal layer are exposed without being covered. A waterproof component is tightly combined in the waterproof component embedding areas of the first metal layer. The metal surfaces of the waterproof component embedding areas can also form the waterproof structure with the strengthened adhesion force. In the waterproof structure, shapes, sizes and density of blind holes of the exposed metal surfaces are properly arranged, so thattight adhesion force of the flat cable and the waterproof component is strengthened. In addition, the metal layer surfaces with the holes can be thoroughly punctured so that the requirement of controlling impedance of high-frequency signals is simultaneously met. |
