The present invention relates to LC-MS-BASED chemotaxonomic classification of wild type lespedeza sp., a method for confirming its correlation with genotype, and a marker thereof. Provided a method for classifying wild type lespedeza sp. using liquid chromatography-electron spray ionization-mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS) and high resolution mass spectrometry/liquid chromatography (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS).
