Disclosed is a lubricant purifying system for engines. The lubricant purifying system for engines comprises: multiple purifying parts of which each is installed to correspond to each of the engines, and purifying contaminated lubricant discharged from the engines; and a control part controlling the purifying operations of the purifying parts, and further includes header valves for mutually connecting the respective input parts and output parts of the purifying parts by the controlling operations of the control part, wherein the purifying parts include: the input parts receiving the contaminated lubricant from the engines; purifiers purifying the contaminated lubricant; and the output parts supplying the purified lubricant to the engines, and the control part connects flow paths between the adjacent purifying parts by opening the header valves and controls the purifier in a normal state to perform the purifying operation of the lubricant on behalf of the purifier in a malfunction state when one of the purifiers in the respective purifying parts is determined to be in the malfunction state by the control part detecting whether or not the malfunctions of the engines and purifiers in an initial operation.
