摘要 The present invention provides a device for manufacturing nanofibers by using a centrifugal force, comprising: a polymer injection part for injecting polymers; a heating block for enveloping the surface of the polymer injection part and melting the polymers; a gas injection part installed at one side of the polymer injection part to inject gas; and a rotating disk installed on the lower end of the polymer injection part to manufacture nanofibers while rotating. Also, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing nanofibers by using a centrifugal force, comprising the steps of: melting the polymers by injecting the polymers into the polymer injection part and heating the polymers with the heating block (Step a); pushing the melted polymers radially to the surface of the rotating disk by injecting heated gas into the melted polymers (Step b); and discharging the nanofibers manufactured by using holes formed on a flat plate part of the rotating disk while the rotating disk rotates (Step c).
