The present invention relates to a smart digital score board comprising: a portable terminal including an application for generating and transmitting outside a control signal for controlling a game score or the kind of a game or displaying game score information transmitted from outside, and a microphone part for receiving and transmitting outside a voice signal; and a digital score board including a power source part for supplying power, a communication module part for receiving the control signal or the voice signal from the portable terminal by wirelessly communicating with the portable terminal, a control part for receiving the control signal from the communication module part and controlling the game score or the kind of the game, a display part for displaying the game score or the kind of the game controlled by the control part, and a speaker part for receiving the voice signal from the communication module part and outputting the voice signal. Accordingly, the score displayed on the digital score board or the kind of the game can be changed easily by controlling the digital score board using the application included in the portable terminal.
