The present invention relates to a sound absorbing apparatus which is able to reduce noise generated in a large machine, by effectively absorbing the noise. The sound absorbing apparatus according to the present invention is installed at the air outlet of the large machine, is suitable for reducing the noise emitted through the air outlet, and comprises: a frame with multiple blades transversely arranged to be longitudinally separated from each other at regular distances; and multiple sound absorbing panels installed to be attached to the blades. The sound absorbing apparatus not only primarily blocks the direct transmission of the noise generated in the large machine to people nearby, but also reduces the overall noise by absorbing at least a part of the noise, thereby reducing the level of the noise. As a result, the mental and the physical health of a worker can be prevented from being deteriorated by the noise, and the productivity of an organization using the sound absorbing apparatus can be increased in the long term. |
