The present invention relates to an apparatus connected to a welding machine (15) and welding multiple welded targets (12) fixed and scattered on a floor, wherein the apparatus comprises: a cart (20) having driving wheels (21) and a wire feeder (26); a welding robot (30) installed on the front side on the cart (20) and having a welding torch (32); and a control unit (40) installed on the cart (20), having a robot controller (41) and a robot manipulator (43), and connected to the welding machine (15) by a single cable (36). Therefore, the apparatus with simple structure and wiring state allows welding to be performed in various postures while moving in a site in which welding using a robot is difficult because members to be welded are fixed on the floor or are scattered around.
