摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a multipurpose nut mixture for food, which is characterized in mixing one or two among peanuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, pine nuts, chestnuts and sesame; drying the mixture at 40-80°C for 30 minutes to 2 hours, or roasting at 40-80°C for 20-40 minutes; steaming nuts chopped into 1-5 mm and washed ginseng at 70-100°C 1-5 hours and dipping in saccharide; drying at 40-80°C for 3-7 hours; mixing saccharided red ginseng cut into 1-5 mm at a 1:0.5-2 ratio compared to the weight; and adding to bean paste sauce to eat. The multipurpose nut mixture for food manufactured thereby is taken by mixing with bean paste sauce, soybean paste sauce and red pepper paste sauce at home and outdoor, which reduces the salty taste of the bean paste sauce, soybean paste sauce and red pepper paste sauce and improves the nutrition and the chewy texture. The multipurpose nut mixture for food is able to be taken as side dishes and snacks as it is, and in a juice form by mixing with milk.
