The present invention relates to an LED lighting device for elevators that lights surroundings, guides to use, and uses LED as a light source and, more particularly, to an LED lighting device for elevators capable of constantly maintaining the brightness of LED by supplying a constant current to an LED module, preventing the reduction of the life span of the LED while raising efficiency by reducing the amount of light emission of the LED, raising energy efficiency by improving a power factor, and improving power efficiency to prevent the increase of power consumption caused by a PFC module for improving the power factor. The LED lighting device includes an LED module including a PCB and the LED embedded in the PCB and a power supply supplying operating power to the LED module. The power supply includes a protecting part protecting input power by blocking abnormal power, a DC part rectifying the output power of the protecting part, a noise removing part removing a noise by filtering the output power of the DC part, a PWM part transforming the output power of the noise removing part in a PWM way, a smoothing part supplying the output power of the PWM part to the LED module by smoothing it, a control part controlling the switching of the PWM part, and a feedback part making the PWM part output the constant current by feeding back the power applied to the LED module back to control part.
