PURPOSE: A conductive polymer foaming elastomer is provided to offer excellent elasticity, restitution force, conductivity, and to increase the conductivity to the vertical direction when external force is applied. CONSTITUTION: A conductive polymer foaming elastomer (100) includes: a polymer foamed body (10) in an open cell structure in which plural pores (12) are vertically connected without a skin layer on the upper and lower sides; and non-foamed conductive polymer elastic coating layers (20,22,24) which are connected to each other by being combined by hardening a liquid conductive polymer on the inner surface of the pores, and the upper and lower sides of the polymer foamed body. The conductive polymer foaming elastomer has an open cell structure, and the conductivity of the conductive polymer foaming elastomer increases when the conductive polymer foaming elastomer is pressurized to the vertical direction, by decreasing the floor space index of the pores. |
