METHOD AND CONSTITUTION FOR POWER CONTROL OF DOWNLINK MULTICARRIER IN RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and constitution in a radio base station and a user apparatus for controlling the downlink transmission power of an F-DPCH in a multicarrier HSPA system by using the concept of a TPC command to be used in a single carrier system.SOLUTION: This method and constitution is adapted to support various types of multicarrier scenarios. A user apparatus defines at least one of N or less pieces of TPC commands for adjusting the transmission power of the F-DPCH of N pieces of downlink carriers 203, and transmits the TPC command on a carrier of at least one of M pieces of uplink carriers 201 and 202. A radio base station receives the TPC command on the M pieces of uplink carriers from the user apparatus, and adjusts the transmission power of the F-DPCH of the N pieces of downlink carriers on the basis of the received TPC command.
