摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel modifying/feeding system capable of efficiently generating and feeding, into an internal combustion engine, hydrogen even under low-exhaust-temperature conditions of 150°C or below and high-exhaust-temperature conditions of 600°C or above over the entire operation mode range of the internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: The provided fuel modifying/feeding system includes, within an exhaust gas circulating apparatus ranging from exhaust to suction systems of an internal combustion engine using a hydrocarbon-based fuel, a fuel injection device and a catalytic reaction device in proper order from the upstream side. The catalytic reaction device includes a first fuel modifying catalyst, a pair of electrodes configured so as to sandwich the first fuel modifying catalyst, voltage impression means for impressing a voltage between the pair of electrodes, temperature detection means for detecting the inlet temperature of the first fuel modifying catalyst, and voltage control means for controlling the voltage impression means on the basis of detection signals from the temperature detection means.
