PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station device, a communication system, a communication method and a communication program, capable of actualizing a communication service desired by a user.SOLUTION: A network detector unit detects one or more networks that transmits and receives radio signals. A network selector unit selects at least one network out of the detected one or more networks on the basis of priority preset for each network. A position registration unit requests position registration to the selected network. If the selected network cannot provide the preset service, a display unit displays a network display prompting to select any of the detected one or more networks. |
