PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station apparatus capable of efficiently transmitting a piece of emergency information stored in a packet signal.SOLUTION: In a road-to-vehicle period, an extraction section 96 receives a first packet signal which is a first packet signal sent from another base station apparatus and which can be processed by a base station apparatus but cannot be processed by a terminal device. A road-to-road packet signal generation section 92 generates a second packet signal which is the second packet signal storing the emergency information included in the received first packet signal and which can be processed by the base station apparatus but cannot be processed by the terminal device. A road-to-vehicle packet signal generation section 94 generates a third packet signal which is a third packet signal storing the emergency information and can be processed by a terminal device. The generated second packet signal and the third packet signal are transmitted in the road-to-vehicle period. |
