A non-aqueous electrolytic battery includes a power generation element and a battery container for housing the power generation element. The power generation element includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and a non-aqueous electrolyte solution. The battery container includes a battery case having an opening, a seal plate for sealing the opening, and a gasket interposed between the battery case and the seal plate. The gasket includes a copolymer of a tetrafluoroethylene and a perfluoroalkylvinylether: a PFA resin. At least a part of the PFA resin is a first component that has been subjected to a melting treatment, 2 - 20 times. The melting treatment includes a process of melting the PFA resin by heating the PFA resin at a melting temperature of 310 - 450 °C, then returning the PFA resin to a solid state by cooling the PFA resin. |
