A conductive member (101) is provided with: an aluminum material (11); a passivation layer (12) that is formed from the surface towards the inside of the aluminum material (11) and contains aluminum and boron and/or nitrogen; and a conductive diamond-like carbon layer (13) that is formed on the surface of the passivation layer (12). An electrode (100) is provided with an electrode active material layer (14) that is formed on the surface of the conductive diamond-like carbon layer (13) of the conductive member (101).
